We love Showit because of it's completely customizable features, drag-and-drop style editing, SEO friendliness, Wordpress built-in blog, live chat support from their amazing team, the library of resources and video tutorials for easy learning.

If you have any questions about your template send an email to hello@inspiredtidedesignco.com and we will guide you through the set up! Showit also has an amazing live chat support feature and a large library of resources and tutorials.

Once you purchase a template we will give you a PDF download which contains all of the resources that you need to get started. Included is written instructions on how to set up your website, and video instructions on customizing your template.

Yes, all of our templates come with a blog design. The blog is powered by Wordpress. You will be given a Wordpress login where you can add your blog posts. If you have a blog from a previous website Showit can migrate it for you. 

Yes, you will need to purchase a Showit subscription here. There are three different plans to choose from and you can pick whichever works best for you.

Yes, you can have an online store. If you have a large e-commerce store then Showit won't be the right fit for you. If you plan to have less than 15 products than it's a good fit. We recommend adding your products with Shopify Lite Buttons.

 If there is a page on the template that you don't need than you can delete that page link from the navigation so no one sees it. You can also hide any sections that you don't need. 

Yes, we offer website template customizations. We can change the pictures, colors, fonts and text to match your brand. If there are any pages or sections that you don't need we can replace them or take them out. You can learn more here.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer both full payment and split payment options. The split payment option is 2 payments over two months. We are happy that we can provide this option for those who aren't ready to pay in full. 

Do you offer reunds?

Due to the nature of the digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you come across any trouble setting up your template just reach out to us and we will be happy to help guide you!

Do i need to buy a domain name?

We recommend that you purchase your own domain name through either GoDaddy or Google Domains. Once you purchase your domain name, Showit can connect it to your website for you.
